My Story
My name is Antonio Olivas, but my friends just call me Tony. I’m a retired Washington State Trooper and former U.S. Army Military Policeman with over 30 years of experience dedicated to commercial vehicle enforcement. I didn’t just work in the trucking world — I lived it. From roadside inspections to courtroom testimony, I’ve seen firsthand what can make or break a carrier’s safety record.
As a career member of the Washington State Patrol’s Commercial Vehicle Division, I’ve inspected tens of thousands of trucks, educated countless drivers, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with industry professionals to enforce — and explain — the ever-evolving web of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
Now, I bring that experience to your side of the table. I help motor carriers, owner-operators, and fleet managers understand and meet compliance requirements with confidence. Whether it’s navigating Washington’s size, weight, and load laws, responding to violations, preparing for audits, or filing effective DataQs — I make it make sense.
My business is built on three pillars: honesty, integrity, and confidentiality. That means you get clear, reliable answers — no guesswork, no judgment. What you share stays protected. What you get is practical, field-tested guidance tailored to your operation.
If you’re tired of wondering what the rules mean or what inspectors are really looking for — I’m here to help. Let’s simplify compliance, reduce your risk, and keep your business running strong. I’ve built my career helping others navigate DOT regulations. Feel free to call me, text me or shoot me a quick email! Let me help you today!
